The Hingham Education Association (HEA) represents teachers and nurses in Unit A and paraprofessionals in Unit B. The HEA is MTS, PCEA, and NEA affiliated.
The Administrators Association (AA) represents Directors & Assistant Principals, while central office staff and Principals work under individual contracts.
