Full-time teachers

When applying for a position, interested applicants should send a cover letter and resume to the Superintendent of Schools, c/o 220 Central St., Hingham, MA 02043. Candidates should be sure to mention the specific role(s) for which they are applying, and include certification/licensure information. Applications will be screened by building principals and department directors who will select interview candidates. Finalists will be expected to provide transcripts and references and to sign permission for a Department of Justice Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) review. The Hingham Education Association (HEA) represents teachers and nurses in Unit A and paraprofessionals in Unit B. The HEA is MTS, PCEA, and NEA affiliated.

The Administrators Association (AA) represents Directors & Assistant Principals, while central office staff and Principals work under individual contracts.
