3.5 hours per day
Under the direction of the Cook/Manager will perform the following tasks.
Prepare, cook and serve food. Clean and sanitize work area, wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, etc. Sweep floor, discard trash, and perform other related duties as directed by Cook/Manager.
Practical knowledge of the handling and care of food; proper serving techniques; knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing; understanding oral and written directions. Must have current serve safe certification.
